Bed & Breakfast / Apartament in the countryThe house is located in 'Castel di Guido', 5 minutes away from Rome's Great Ring (Grande Raccordo Anulare) through the Via Aurelia. It is placed on a one-hectare meadow where the owners' house is also. The building, recently renewed, is a single-family little villa on a single floor, comprising two bedrooms (each with a double bed and an a wardrobe), a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (including a refrigerator, a dish washer and a microwave oven), a bathroom (where a wash machine is also), and an entrance with a wardrobe. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi Internet are also available. The owners speak Italian, English, German, French and some Spanish.The house can be let for short or long periods (see Prices).

IDEAL FOR TOURISM AND BUSINESS IN ROME AND SURROUNDIGS
The house is in an ideal position to quickly reach Fiumicino's airport, the new Rome's Fair, the sea (Fregene, Ladispoli ecc.) and any other place in Rome.
For displacements, it is preferable to use a car, or , with a prior agreement with the owners, to be brought to the nearest bus or subway station.
